The Beaujolais Nouveau comparison gave me a chuckle, though I suspect the relief among clinicians is a bit more serious than wine-release excitement. What stood out was the reminder that Hameln is the only FDA-approved DTPA product, which explains why the supply gap mattered so much for chelation protocols. Supply chain quirks like this come up in plenty of regulated niches, and I've seen similar licensing and approval backlogs discussed around casinoohne-lizenz, where the fine print on authorization often decides who can operate at all.
